Creates a new XmlReader instance using the specified TextReader, XmlReaderSettings, and XmlParserContext objects.

Parameters

input
Type: System.IOTextReader
The TextReader from which to read the XML data. Because a TextReader returns a stream of Unicode characters, the encoding specified in the XML declaration is not used by the XmlReader to decode the data stream.
settings
Type: System.XmlXmlReaderSettings
The XmlReaderSettings object used to configure the new XmlReader instance. This value can be null.
inputContext
Type: System.XmlXmlParserContext
The XmlParserContext object that provides the context information required to parse the XML fragment. The context information can include the XmlNameTable to use, encoding, namespace scope, the current xml:lang and xml:space scope, base URI, and document type definition. This value can be null.

Type: XmlReader
An XmlReader object to read XML data.
